Build the Classic 1966 Batmobile | Fanhome vs LEGO | Episode 48 (Issues 97–98 + Steps 304–310)

Meanwhile, in Stately Wayne Manor… happy Saturday, and welcome back to BrickScale Studio.

In Episode 48 of my 1966 Classic Batmobile comparison build, we’re back in the Batcave working on both versions:

- Fanhome 1:8 scale model (Issues 97–98): we begin assembling the left door, installing the upper and lower hinges, adding the door side panel, and finishing with the door handle.

- LEGO Batmobile (Set 76328) (Steps 304–310): we continue building the front section, starting a piece that will eventually slot into place once the attachment points are added in an upcoming episode.

One thing I loved this week is how sharp the Fanhome door looks, especially with the painted emblem and trim. On the LEGO side, I’m still a little bummed that the emblem is a sticker instead of a printed part, but the build is moving along nicely.

Also, quick note on the voice: I’m getting over a cold, and because I batch-record build segments, the build portion was filmed earlier. That is why the voice sounds different between sections.
