Titanic 26: Deckhouse Details, Winches & Lifeboats + LEGO Steps 16–30 (Issues 51–52)

We’re sailing into the weekend with fresh progress on our parallel Titanic builds! On the scale model side (Agora Models Issues 51–52) we add deckhouse details around the skylight, install winches, vents, grills, and more windows, plus assemble additional lifeboats and davits. On the LEGO side we continue Box 2 with Steps 16–30, finishing one sub‑assembly, starting the mirrored section, and adding the center support for the midship base.

What we built today

- Scale model (Issues 51–52): Installed two winches flanking the skylight, fitted asymmetric grill pieces on the deckhouse, placed seven small windows, added vents and a hooded vent, and assembled more lifeboats with supports and davits.

- LEGO Titanic (Box 2): Continued the middle section through Steps 16–30, completed the prior component, began the opposite‑side build, and added the center support.

- Scale model: 11 steps, 24 parts this episode. Running total: 333 steps, 621 parts.

- LEGO: 23 steps, 52 parts this episode. Running total: 705 steps, 2,856 parts.
